B. Scope of Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the commissioning process, ensuring timely and safe execution as per project schedule and budget. - Develop detailed commissioning strategies, procedures, and checklists for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. - Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and vendor documentation to verify compliance with project requirements. - Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring proper integration of all systems. - Manage and resolve technical challenges during commissioning, working closely with project teams, contractors, and vendors. - Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements in all commissioning activities. - Conduct system tests, functional checks, and performance verification to confirm operational readiness. - Liaise with construction, operations, and maintenance teams to facilitate seamless handover of completed systems. - Monitor contractor performance and quality assurance to maintain high standards of workmanship. - Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior commissioning engineers and site personnel. - Maintain comprehensive commissioning records, including test reports, punch lists, and as-built documentation.
