Technician Warehouse

Job Summary Responsible for the daily warehouse activities at Warehouse. Responsible for keeping track of receiving and issuing of goods/material at warehouse. Monitoring of stock level of materials. Raising RO (Requisition Orders) or liaise with Planning Department when stocks reaching minimum levels. To guide and supervise junior technicians to complete day-to-day duties. To carry out monthly stock check. Key Responsibilities • Ensure the warehouse area is maintained in a safe and hazard free condition by adhering to written policies and procedures. • To ensure all goods are received in good condition as per the Purchase Order and report non-conformance. • To ensure all machineries/equipment used at warehouse to be handle safely and maintain in good condition at all time. • To ensure all goods received to be stored/stacked safely and be able to retrieve with ease. • To ensure all goods delivery documents to be recorded and submit to the respective department for next course of action. • Provide training to new production team member as per approved SWI. • Obtain needed information or decisions from supervisor or engineers on problems that come up during the shift. • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. Qualifications • Certificate / Diploma Competencies Required • Preferably one year of related working experience Skills & Abilities • Able to perform simple mathematical calculations • Able to prepare simple report in English
