GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • The Human Resource and Admin clerk has organizational responsibility for the business functions of HR and Administration work in plant. • Including of maintaining operation databased on a day-to-day basis to recording operation performance including staff time attendance. • Administrators also provide a point of contact for general queries in relation to the company. • Provide cooperation and coordination with other department for company's activities. • Accomplish other tasks as assigned by the company • Record on material stock and life circle of each material &PPE. REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, UBS Payroll • Good in working with team. • Prefer candidate have own vehicle
