A. Required Qualification & Competency - Posses at least Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field. - Extensive experience in Business Administration. - Proven senior leadership experience in Oil and Gas. B. Scope of Responsibilities - Oversees the ongoing operations of all divisions in the company. - Key representative of the company in communicating important decisions to business stakeholders and the public. - Lead the development of the organization’s long-and short-term strategies, and related plans and policies. - Lead a team of executive to consider major decisions including acquisitions, mergers, join ventures, or large-scale expansion. - Collaborate with other executives, managers, and employees to identify effective solutions. - Serve as the company’s primary spokesperson. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations. - Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization.
