"i) Manage end to end recruitment cycle for support recruitment by collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding. ii) Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions in line with company policies. iii) Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs, including liaising with HRD Corp. iv) Maintain accurate employee records and databases, process HR-related documentation, and ensure data confidentiality while handling general administrative tasks related to HR functions. v) Review, update, and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures with legal and company requirements. vi) Processing payroll in a timely manner in line with current legislations and regulations. vii) Prepare monthly payroll and all statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Zakat and Income Tax. viii) Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies in compliance with regulations. IX) Experience in managing and coordinating matters related to foreign workers will be an added advantage. X) Perform any other HR-related tasks or ad-hoc duties as required."
