Collaborate with accounts and finance teams for payment processing and invoicing. Data Entry & Documentation Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping details. Update customer databases and ensure proper documentation of transactions. Generate reports on order status, backorders, and fulfillment rates. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Identify errors and inconsistencies in orders and take corrective actions. Monitor inventory levels and inform relevant teams about shortages or overstock situations.
