Editing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Editorial Management: • Oversee the end-to-end publication process for magazines. • Plan and coordinate magazine content, including topics, reviewing submissions, and ensuring timely publication. • May be required to write and edit articles. • Able to lead and collaborate with designers to create visually appealing layouts, infographics, and promotional materials. • Manage outsourced editors, proofreaders, and designers to ensure content quality and consistency. • Communicate deadlines and publication schedules with contributors. Content Development: • Create LinkedIn contents and promotional posts to engage audiences. • Create, edit, and produce videos for promotional and editorial purposes. Preference: • Preferably fresh graduates who able to read bunch of articles. • A creative thinker who loves coming up with new ideas and solutions. • Passionate about learning and exploring new concepts quickly. • Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail. • Basic understanding of content creation, social media, or publishing (experience is a bonus). • Willing to learn, even if you feel you don’t fully match the job description.
