An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in the main contractor industry, with a focus on high-rise projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with an emphasis on high-rise construction. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, and familiar with construction-related software and tools. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks.
