Job Description: 1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records using Infotech HRMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 2. Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, memos, and disciplinary notices. 3. Plan and coordinate training programs, employee development, and engagement activities, while tracking tasks and deadlines using Microsoft Planner. 4. Handle employee relations such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews according to labor laws and company policies. 5. Support payroll by submitting accurate HR data and generate timely HR reports via Infotech HRMS. 6. Assist in setting, monitoring, and reporting OKRs and KPIs for staff and HR-related projects to drive performance and continuous improvement. 7. Oversee HR administrative tasks including statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Job Requirement: 1. Diploma @ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years (preferrable 3 years) of HR experience. 3. Proficient in Infotech HRMS and Microsoft Planner for HR operations and project management is an added advantages. 4. Strong understanding of Malaysia labor laws, Sarawak Ordinance and HR best practices. 5. Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to clinic values, people centric, committed to excellence, team-oriented, quick, grateful and humble.
