Responsibilities: • To establish as well as to continuously review and implement policies and procedures on Environment, Health & Safety for the Company. • To provide assistant to supervision and workers in risk identification and job hazard analysis. • To monitor compliance to specified procedures, safe work standards and statutory requirements. • To identifies needs for safety training and coordinates sessions/courses for site personnel. • To liaise with local authorities and government agencies on statutory/legislature compliance matter concerning to health, safety and environment. • To perform routine walk through audit and inspection. • To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time. Requirements: • Candidate must possess Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or relevant disciplines. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in safety supervision and implementation in property development or construction projects. • Good knowledge in property and construction terminology, security and environment management. • Familiar with OHSMS standards. • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. • Must be able to work under minimum supervision and to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibilities and urgencies. • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in written & spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation as and when required.
