We are looking for Insurance Assistant who have positive and professional work attitude. Responsibilities : 1. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to handle client interactions effectively. 2. Handling insurance inquiry and claims. 3. Process NCD withdrawal / cancellation and renewal notice. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Perform general administrative support, documentations, and filings. 6. Mandarin speaker preferred. Job Requirements : 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/LCCI, or other relevant professional certification. 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Package. 3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4.
