Job Description Service Orchestration Design and Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive service orchestration solutions for telecommunications services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather service requirements and convert them into effective orchestration workflows. Integration with Network Functions: Integrate service orchestration processes with network functions and elements to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Coordinate with customer network engineers and architects to align orchestration workflows with the network infrastructure. Automation and Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for automating service provisioning, activation, and decommissioning processes. Continuously optimize orchestration processes to enhance delivery speed and resource utilization. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT systems and configurations, including Functional Requirements Specifications, Business Process Documents, and Acceptance Test Plans. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards. Technical expertise in Rest API, databases (MariaDB, MySQL), and dashboard development is a plus. Experience with cloud-based telecommunications solutions. Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable for this role, as it involves liaising with vendors from China.
