Production Technologist

Job Description : Production Technology determines the conceptual well design, ensures well integrity, optimises production and helps production manager the life-cycle value of the well. Production Technology sits on the boundaries of development, wells and production functions – representing production’s interests to the other disciplines. It aspires to be the integrator for delivering wells and production. Job Description Typically: • Discipline activities concentrate on non-standard topics (guided by procedures or multiple precedents). • Works as an autonomous Production Technologist, translates the guidelines and standards into practice and solves common technical challenges. Works within company standards and policies under defined directions while receiving occasional guidance on techniques. • Own contribution forms part of a multi-disciplinary team - focussed on integrating own discipline into the work of others. • Perform the specified tasks within relevant Production Technology discipline. • Manages the relation with multiple (groups of) internal and external stakeholders on tactical level.
