  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Receives transactions from users regarding customer service or related needs based on the scope of support, ensures that all communication with customers is within the client guidelines.
  • Determines appropriate action to be taken on the customer’s behalf, which may include problem determination and appropriate next steps. Informs customer of the appropriate next steps and works with the customer to achieve issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintains proficiency in programs, products, and/or platforms assigned and is accountable for providing a response to the customers of our clients.
  • Properly escalates product issues that are irresolvable and not available on the knowledge base.
  • Attends trainings, workshops, seminars, and focus group discussions scheduled by the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages, with the ability to engage with customers and resolve concerns
  • Previous experience in customer service or BPO is a plus, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of customer requests
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and multi-task
