Job Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Car Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive top-quality service by accurately assessing their vehicle needs and managing the entire service process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide clear explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance.
  • Keep customers informed with timely updates on service progress.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively to enhance satisfaction.

Vehicle Assessment & Diagnosis:

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify service and repair needs.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately determine vehicle issues.
  • Provide detailed repair estimates and communicate them clearly to customers.

Service Coordination:

  • Schedule service appointments efficiently to optimize workflow.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor ongoing service progress and proactively address any challenges.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders.
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate service reports and necessary documentation as required.

Sales & Upselling:

  • Recommend additional services, parts, accessories, and extended warranties where appropriate.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience and company revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and computer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Technical background or certification in automotive repair is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service.
