QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL ENGINEER

Responsiblities : • Supervise overall quality assurance and quality management system; • Handling customer complaint with effective action and meeting with customer when required; • Responsible to ensure product quality meet customer and company expectation; • Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty) • Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issue. • Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis • Interpret & Implement quality standard/specification; • Review manufacturing methodology for processes enhancement and Responsible for incoming/in process/outgoing quality control. Requirement : • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Master Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; • At least 5 years working experience. • Prefer 6 Sigma qualification, knowledge in SPC,8D Report,CMM,7QC Tool, X-Ray Radiography Machine, PFMEA,GR&R and others QC tools • Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) • Lean Manufacturing knowledge • Understand ISO QMS & TS16949 is advantage; • Age 29 to 35 years old. • Experiences in Casting Industry are advantage. • Able to work under tight schedule with multiple assigned task
