Responsibilities • Analyse, design, and implement SAP solutions to optimize and streamline the business processes. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in finance functions. • Assist with requirements gathering, the design and implementation of financial reporting structures in SAP to meet internal and external reporting requirements. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and drive the development of meaningful financial reports • Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions for Global Template design and roll-out. • Configure SAP Financial modules to align with organizational requirements, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions • Adopt clean core approach leveraging SAP BTP and non-SAP applications • Lead customization efforts to address unique business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements • Also, worked with integrations across systems for Planning, Reporting, and other business systems • Training and Documentation: o Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of SAP Record to Report functionalities o Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes • Stay informed about SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements • Proactively identify areas for enhancement in the Record-to-Report cycle and propose innovative solutions. Requirements • 5-8+ years extensive experience in SAP FICO implementation and consulting experience • Proven experience on stakeholder management working in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership attribute with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiation skills • Excellent project and risk management and analytical problem-solving skills • Good understanding of the ASAP Methodology and worked on project • Implementation experience with ASAP methodology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills and able to work independently to resolve issues • Strong sense of ownership and would respect and commit to deadlines • Team player with capability of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure • Prior experience in the automotive industry a plus
