• Design mechanical and electro-mechanical components. • Integrate mechanical and electro-mechanical components into subsystems and assemblies. • Perform system packaging and high-level assembly modeling. • Perform interference analysis, design, and review designs per safety codes. • Analyse and respond to issues found at supplier or manufacturing sites during manufacturing assembly, integration, and test. • Develop or modify parametric 3D models and 2D drawings of designs including any mechanical routings as required. • Perform geometric dimensioning and tolerance with capabilities at a level1 certification level. • Release drawings and modify drawings using CAD tools. • Responsible for overseeing the design, development and implementation of manufacturing processes for contact manufacturers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fabrication, assembly and testing meets quality standards, time lines and cost-effectiveness. • Maintain accurate documentation records for manufacturing BOM, drawings revisions and procedures. • Collaborate with product designers to ensure BOM and product drawings can be transferred to procurement and manufacturing efficiently and with high quality. • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new manufacturing processes. • Ensure product quality by implementing quality control measures and inspection procedures. • Identify and resolve manufacturing issues in collaboration with contract manufacturers, ensuring minimal disruption to production" SKILL REQUIREMENTS • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies and lean manufacturing principles. • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply BASIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
