1. Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines, ensuring the production of parts that meet technical specifications and quality standards. 2. Program CNC milling machines using G-code or CAM software, ensuring that the programs are optimized for accuracy, efficiency, and minimal downtime. 3. Prepare machines for production, including selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials, and performing machine calibrations. 4. Identify and resolve technical issues related to machine performance, program errors, or part defects, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption. 5. Conduct regular inspections and use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to ensure parts conform to engineering drawings and customer requirements. 6. Continuously monitor and improve machining processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency, while reducing waste and costs. 7. Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tooling, production rates, and quality checks for each job or project. 8. Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and parts replacement to ensure equipment longevity and reduce downtime. 9. Work with engineering, design, and production teams to review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, ensuring that machining processes meet project requirements. 10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior CNC machinists and operators, offering expertise on best practices, machine setups, and troubleshooting. 11.
