Assistant Production Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any related fields. Preferable to have 8 years of experience in total with 3 years' experience in Management. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Production Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations. Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule. Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays. Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. Work with the production team to implement and enforce company policies and safety standards. Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production operations and status. Manage production budgets and maintain cost control while ensuring the production of high-quality products. Help to train, supervise and motivate employees and manage schedules to meet production goals. Liaise with other departments such as material & production control, quality assurance and sales to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines. Candidate with PCB industries experience will be considered first.
