1. Show dedication and commitment to handle the maximum number of telephone call and passengers whilst at all times carefully following all FZ procedures and regulations to achieve the highest possible quality of reservations and ticketing service. 2.Issue tickets and quote correct fares and tariffs, to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer complaints on a daily basis. 3. Project professionalism at all times by being fully conversant with FZ ticketing and fares procedures and the full range of flydubai products and services to maintain high standards of FZ Customer Service to all passengers at all times. 4. Make new bookings, modify existing bookings, issue tickets on flydubai flights as per customer request. Provide customers with full information about flydubai flights, schedules, product, destinations, terms and conditions. 5. Respond to phone calls/emails in a timely and professional manner ensuring service quality levels are maintained at all times. 6. Co-ordinate with agency support, reservation support or airport services as and when required 7. Handling of flight disruption related to passenger reservation including re-accommodation of passengers affected by the disruption 8. Provide first level support to end users on all commercial system related queries 9. Selling of ancillary products provided by flydubai such as Hotel, Rent-a-car etc 10. Collecting cash or other form of payments and properly reporting to supervisor/finance 11. Submit daily sales report to Supervisor and/or finance 12. Handle credit /refund related queries from travel agents and co-ordinate with concerned 13. Maintain database of customers 14. Undertake administrative functions and other duties as directed by your line manager
