Responsibilities: • Generate invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, including reconciliation of monthly receivables • Send out Statements of Account and follow up on past due accounts for collections • Monitor daily quotations/approvals and forward them to relevant departments • Prepare Accounts Receivables-related reports for internal discussions • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field • At least 1 year of experience in a similar field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently on assigned duties
