Primary Resposibility: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR operations of the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, training and development, Payroll and ensuring that all HR practices align with company policies and legal regulations. The HR Manager will also work closely with management to support and enhance the company’s overall culture and employee engagement. Must come from EMS ( Electronics Manufacturing Service ) . Job Duties : • Oversee recruitment efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. • Manage employee relations issues, addressing conflicts, and grievances, and facilitating resolutions. • Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and tracking progress. • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll management, comply with reporting dateline of payroll matters , health benefits, and retirement plans. • Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employee development and compliance. • Maintain HR records and ensure they are up to date and in accordance with legal requirements. • Ensure proper onboarding of new employees, including orientation and introduction to company policies. • Manage employees’ insurance matters (eg PA, H&S Insurance, and Workmen Compensation Insurance). • Attend to all external and internal matters related to the employment of Foreign Workers and expatriates - work permits, medical checkups, and insurance. • Monitor and update of ISO documents to comply with ISO 9001& ISO 13485 • Provide support to management and staff on HR-related issues, and advise on best practices. • Assist with the development of company culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies. • Maintain knowledge of HR trends, legal updates, and best practices in the field. Qualifications (Education & Experience ) : • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5 to 7 experience as an HR Manager or similar role. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience with HR software and systems (Payroll System) • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
