Experience: With or without experience – candidates with a strong portfolio in furniture design, product development, or 3D modeling are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create initial sketches based on customer specifications before developing digital designs. 2. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD to create 3D models and technical drawings. 3. Communicate with the production team to ensure that the design specifications are technically feasible and practical. 4. Conduct research on current furniture trends in the industry 5. Incorporate unique ideas by blending ergonomic, aesthetic, and functional elements in furniture designs. 6. Develop modular or multi-functional furniture concepts to meet modern market demands. 7. Ensure that designs comply with industry safety and durability standards. 8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual advertising concepts that enhance product appeal. 9. Create high-quality 3D visualizations for marketing purposes 10. Ensure that each design can be produced efficiently using manufacturing techniques suitable for the factory's capabilities. 11. Work closely with production the R&D team to optimize manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 12. Adapt designs to facilitate mass production while maintaining quality and aesthetics. 13. Provide complete specifications for each design, including materials, colors, textures, and assembly techniques. 14. Conduct prototype testing to ensure the final product meets customer expectations and company standards. Working Hours: 5 working days (Fixed Shift) Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
