Main Duties & Responsibilities 1. Coordinating and processing the administrative activities for Service Parts orders (primary role). 2. Enquiry and checking of parts and availability, in service parts store. 3. Responsible for coordinating activities to get quotation for new / obsolete parts from Purchasing, PIC and spare parts center (HQ in Singapore). 4. Prepare Quotation to Customer/Regional Offices for service parts. 5. Co-ordinate with authorized agents on spare parts orders and issuance to regional customers or business partners 6. Order processing of spare parts and co-ordinate with outward shipping for delivery. 7. Ensure accurate update of parts into the system and issue Vendor cross reference to purchasing for non-existing parts. 8. To monitor inventory of stock level in Service Parts store. 9. To support Technical Service with Warranty Parts Claims. 10. To ensure proper filing and documentation of orders and quotations etc. 11. Co-ordinate with Finance on payment issues. 12. Carry out duties in accordance to Quality Policy and comply with EHS / ISO procedures. In summary, handle any other assigned ad-hoc tasks. Requirement 1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Manufacturing Control. 2. Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience. 3. Must be computer literate with administrative skills. 4. Has effective communication skills. 5. Independent and initiative. 6. Enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment. 7. Working knowledge in Microsoft office & Customer Service database. 8. Very meticulous and attentive to details.
