Conveyancing Lawyer Position We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Lawyer. The successful candidate will oversee a variety of conveyancing matters, providing expert legal advice, managing transactions, and ensuring our clients’ interests are safeguarded. Responsibilities: • Draft and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions, including Sale and Purchase Agreements, contracts, and other property-related deeds. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on property laws, regulations, and precedents. • Provide legal advice and consultation to clients on conveyancing and property matters. • Liaise with clients, developers, real estate agents, financial institutions, and government authorities to facilitate transactions. • Oversee and manage all aspects of conveyancing files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. • Handle due diligence tasks such as title searches, land registry checks, and resolving legal issues related to property ownership. • Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and, if required, dispute resolution concerning conveyancing matters. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid Practicing Certificate. • Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and related legal frameworks. • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple transactions independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with legal management software is an advantage.
