Key Responsibilities: Able to achieve local and international student recruitment targets Generate, propose and implement ideas for building efficient international marketing strategies to promote our product, services and public image. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate local and international trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. Plan and execute leads generation activities to recruit local and international students such as local and international fairs, seminars, talks and any other promotional activities including short-term programmes. Collaborate with the different departments to organize events, provide input for publications, organize and oversee communication campaigns and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders. Monitor progress of local and international events/campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Build good relationship with stakeholders and network with potential clients to strategies on possible collaboration to generate leads for the school. Prepare budgets and monitor the expenses. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Key Requirements: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/ Administration/Management/Human Resource Management/ Economics/Commerce or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity, especially in the line of international marketing and recruitment activities. Skills demonstrate good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving. Mature with excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin. The ability to speak in Cantonese will be an added advantage. The ability to think innovatively and look for out-of-the-box marketing strategies in order to increase international students enrolment. The ability to learn fast and work
