Receptionist
P & O Corporate Services (AS) PLT is located in Alor Setar, established since 1982, providing corporate secretarial and management consultancy services.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold at least a minimum qualification of SPM or STPM
- Have a strong work ethic, exhibit a positive attitude, independent, and willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Candidates should present a professional appearance and possess good communication skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain and manage the front desk area, ensuring it is neat and organized.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and filing.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the office.
