Key Responsibilities: 1.Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and purchase materials, components, and tools required for furniture production. 2.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, while scouting for new, reliable suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency. 3.Cost Management: Analyze market trends, compare prices, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. 4.Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability while avoiding overstocking or shortages. 5.Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications required for furniture manufacturing. 6.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance reports. 7.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, design, and logistics teams to align purchasing with operational requirements. 8.Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations. Working Hours: 5 working days (Fixed Shift) Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
