Job Descriptions: Assist in establishing the faculty’s strategic plan and overall annual KPIs for KRAs relating to Programme Development, Student Experience and Student Academic Excellence, and work towards achieving the KPIs through continuous monitoring and evaluation and action plans. To supervise the submission of all documentations pertaining to assigned faculty programmes, ensuring compliance to MQA requirements and Programme Standards. Assist the Dean in leading the faculty’s efforts in marketing, branding, and promoting the programmes offered by the faculty. Assist the Dean in identifying, articulating, and implementing research and innovation efforts/initiatives. Identify and establish linkages with renowned individuals/ organisations. Assist in representing the Dean at internal and external events, fostering relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, and other academic institutions. Assess the viability and marketability of new academic programmes and professional training courses. Monitor and ensure quality assurance, compliance, audit and accreditation of all operational matters with MQA and relevant professional bodies, on the faculty’s academic programmes and research activities. To lead the schools in identifying and conducting consultation and income generation activities. Assist in working with relevant departments to enhance student support services, ensuring student success and satisfaction. Requirements: Candidates must have PhD in Business & Management or in a relevant field. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills, creativity and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Proven experience in academic leadership, preferably as a Head of Department or Head of Program of a Business & Management degree program Familiarity with Malaysian higher education regulations, accreditation processes (MQA), and industry trends Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and quality assurance practices Broad and deep experience in research and innovation activities in a relevant field Preferably with several years of experience working in the industry Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Added advantage: strong written & spoken command in Mandarin
