Provide excellent customer service when interacting with passengers, clients, or vendors, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during travel, including wearing seat belts, securing loads, and complying with any specific safety procedures required for the goods being transported. In case of an accident or emergency, respond promptly, notify relevant authorities, and assist with the necessary procedures to resolve the situation.
