Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control while meeting company revenue and delivery targets. Monitor and improve equipment maintenance to minimize downtime. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency and quality. Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in production processes. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Experience in managing budgets, cost control, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Familiarity with inventory management systems and Clean-to-Build (CTB) strategies.
