
Admin Executive
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative roles, inventory management, or accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL-based accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing. Inventory & Stock Management: Track and manage stock levels, update records, and ensure timely restocking. Order Processing & Email Management: Monitor emails for customer orders, process orders, and respond to inquiries. Customer Follow-Up: Send follow-up emails to customers regarding payment updates and order status. Accounting Support: Key in financial transactions into the SQL system, assist in simple bookkeeping, and manage petty cash. Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage executive schedules, and make travel arrangements if needed. Office Maintenance: Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
