  • Provide exceptional customer support within a specialized medical and healthcare call center environment.
  • Manage customer inquiries effectively across voice (inbound calls) and non-voice channels, including LiveChat, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Address and resolve general medical-related inquiries from customers concerning procedures such as MRI and CT scans.
  • Efficiently collect customer details and verify the availability of medical specialists and doctors. Assist customers with seamless appointment booking and scheduling processes.
  • Deliver accurate and reliable medical-related information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Open for Malaysian citizen.
  • Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
  • Demonstrated fluency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese due to market served.
  • Immediate commencement is highly desirable.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with or without relevant work experience.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive training program provided to ensure success in the role.

1.Remuneration Package:

  • Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,200
  • Attendance Allowance: RM100
  • KPI Allowance: RM500

    • 8 working hour, 2 days off
    • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Within 8 working hour rotational shift)
