1. Warehouse Operations Management - Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, order fulfillment, and dispatching goods based on First In First Out. - Ensure the warehouse layout is optimized for efficiency and safety. - Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and fulfilment activities at distribution centers. 2. Inventory Management - Develop and execute inventory control systems to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies. - Conduct monthly stock take, audit checks and reconcile variances regularly. - Report inventory levels with procurement department to meet business demands while avoiding overstock or stock outs. 3. Distribution Center Oversight - Manage the operations of the distribution centers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stores without any delay. - Coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions. Monitor and track delivery performance, addressing any delays or issues promptly. - Oversee the fulfilment process to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. 4. Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination - Collaborate with procurement to align warehouse and logistics activities with overall business objectives. - Plan and schedule deliveries and pickups to optimize routes and minimize transportation costs. 5. Team Management and Development - Monitor warehouse and logistics staff to enhance productivity and morale. - Ensure company is in compliance with laws and regulation by Government and Local Authority regarding Warehousing, Receiving, Distribution, Export and Import activities. - Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews. - Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. 6. Compliance and Reporting - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. - Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory levels, delivery performance, and cost efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in warehouse and logistics management. **Prepared experience in store management and work in a manufacturing environment
