- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online platforms (e.g., company website, social media, email), addressing questions related to advertising products, design, orders, payments, delivery, etc.
- Assist the advertising sales team with daily order processing and customer communication, ensuring the accuracy and timely handling of advertising project orders.
- Update and maintain information on advertising products and projects, ensuring all online sales channels display accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the advertising sales team with data entry, sales report generation, and other daily administrative tasks to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on customer feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, promptly addressing after-sales issues, and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with company marketing and promotional activities, updating advertising content to ensure consistency and accuracy in online advertising campaigns.
- Complete other administrative and sales support tasks assigned by supervisors, assisting in optimizing customer experience and improving business efficiency.
- High school Diploma or above; candidates with experience in customer service or sales support are preferred, and experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic English proficiency to manage customer needs in a multilingual environment (e.g., English and Bahasa Malaysia).
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to quickly learn and operate online sales systems.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Capable of Effectively Interacting with customers via Email, Social Media, etc., to handle inquiries.
- Strong Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and Multitasking Abilities.
- Experience with advertising products or e-commerce platform operations is preferred; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to actively collaborate with the team to complete tasks.
- Salary Range: RM 2,200 - RM 3,500/month (based on experience and capabilities)

Salary Details:
- Junior Level (0-2 years of experience): Salary approximately RM 2,200 - RM 2,500/month, suitable for new hires or candidates with minimal relevant experience.
- Mid-Level (2-5 years of experience): Salary approximately RM 2,500 - RM 3,000/month, suitable for candidates with some administrative support or online sales experience in the advertising industry.
- Senior Level (5+ years of experience): Salary approximately RM 3,500/month and above, suitable for candidates with extensive experience in the advertising industry who can independently handle complex tasks and enhance customer experience.
