Intern Technician - NPI Program Management

Description:

Join Micron, where innovation meets excellence! As an Intern Technician in our NPI Program Management team, you will assist in the flawless execution of NPI tasks and meticulous documentation processes. This is your chance to dive into the heart of engineering and make a tangible impact.

Scope:

  • Check details in phase gate review files, ensuring precision and strict adherence to standards.
  • Support NPI Program Managers (NPM) in troubleshooting NPI labeling processes, contributing to seamless operations.
  • Support NPMs in gathering achievement data such as SPC data, yield reports, and defect analysis, propelling our mission towards world-class quality.

Supporting Team:

Collaborate with a dedicated team of NPI Program Managers and NPI Manufacturing experts, encouraging an inclusive and ambitious environment where your ideas matter.

Deliverables:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of phase gate review files and their intricacies.
  • Gain insights into NPI processes and how they interrelate within our engineering framework.
  • Equip yourself to extract data from machines, space charts, and shop floor systems to collect essential achievement data, ensuring proven results.

Stretch Goal:

Achieve a successful first-pass qualification on time, showcasing your ability to determine and implement solutions effectively.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering & Science, Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic, or any related engineering field.
