The Field Sales Executive’s to be rotating around Lighting & Electrical Engineering stores with job duties typically include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, developing new stores reach & focus on new products saturation.

  • Work closely with distributor sales personnel to close sales opportunities to achieve sell-thru targets by increasing volume, market share, distribution reach and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sell-thru performance and adjust sales strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • To promote new products – Connected Lighting, Growth Hacker & B-brand to instore retailer & staff
  • Focus on driving Retail Performance Standard (RPS) in product offers saturation & must sales SKUs in retailers
  • Conduct market analysis, sales planning, and regular reporting
  • Assisting with product launches and events
  • Work closely with distributor sales personnel on exploring new retailers hunting & new account opening
  • Scheduling stores visits within the assigned territory, conducting product demos, following up with existing clients, collecting feedback, and maintaining business relationships.
  • Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product display / in store merchandise
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and sales to share sales data, provide updates on sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement.

A successful Sales Promoter candidate will possess several prerequisite skills and qualifications to complete their job duties. These include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Self-motivated, takes proactive approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the electrical industry
  • Valid driver’s license or another reliable mode of transportation
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Age : 20 – 50yrs old
  • Preferably male, females are welcome prepared to work in men environment
  • Language : Chinese/ Mandarin, Bahasa & English. Chinese Dialect will be good to have.
