- Achieve at least Diploma certificate in Human Resource or related filed
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in Human Resources; experience in recruitment, payroll, or employee relations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports.
- Strong organizational and Problem-solving Skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
