- A Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in service delivery management, with expertise in managing customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and handling project management.
- ITIL certification is preferred, along with strong knowledge of ISO standards.
- Strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in service delivery management, with expertise in managing customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and handling project management.
