Service Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues while ensuring performance metrics are consistently met.

    Customer Support & Satisfaction

    • Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
    • Implement service level agreements (SLAs) and maintenance contracts efficiently to achieve high customer satisfaction.

      Team Leadership & Technical Expertise

      • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians, fostering a high-performance and excellence-driven culture.
      • Stay updated on company products, technologies, and processes to provide expert guidance to both the team and customers.

        Process Improvement

        • Optimize and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

          Business Development

          • Support the growth of service offerings by collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities, including service capability enhancements (e.g., repair and calibration), maintenance contracts, training programs, and other support services.

            Compliance & Reporting

            • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while providing regular performance reports to management.

  • A Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in service delivery management, with expertise in managing customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and handling project management.
  • ITIL certification is preferred, along with strong knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
