- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Arrange and oversee ISO meetings related to HR policies and standards.
Employee Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits, including bonus, insurance, profit sharing, and education allowances.
- Develop and implement fair and competitive salary increments based on performance evaluations.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Implement performance appraisal systems to monitor employee growth and contributions.
- Provide training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll, benefits administration, and work permit processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
