
Telesales Executive
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, online research, and proposal submissions to secure business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients' specific needs while keeping them informed about ongoing promotional campaigns.
Arrange and secure appointments with clients to meet and exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business development targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
Track and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Provide timely and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
Relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Energetic, bold, and enthusiastic personality with a strong passion for sales and business development.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure while demonstrating strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
