Greet and assist customers upon arrival with warm and professional service-Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and appointment confirmations via phone, website, and messaging platforms-Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and tidy environment-Update and manage appointment schedules using the booking system-Handle payments and issue receipts to customers
