- Oversee recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and handling onboarding.
- Support employee visa applications, ensure immigration compliance, and assist with related inquiries.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate outsourced cleaning services, monitor schedules, and ensure service quality.
- Identify training needs, organize development programs, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations.
- Collect and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports for management, and support strategic decision-making.
- Organize staff engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and events.
- Must be able to read and write in Mandarin due to needs of dealing with employees from China
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and worker visa processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
