- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Spoken).

- Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Each shift consists of 8 working hours and includes of 1.5 hour lunch for rest.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
