  • Oversee and coordinate funeral service operations, including pre-planning, at-need services, and post-funeral arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all funeral ceremonies, cremation services, columbarium management, and memorial events.
  • Monitor and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, mentor, and manage service staff, including funeral directors, embalmers, coordinators, and support personnel.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance service quality, etiquette, and professionalism.
  • Motivate and maintain a high-performing team, ensuring staff adhere to company policies and values.

Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure families receive compassionate, professional, and personalized service throughout their bereavement journey.
  • Address client concerns, feedback, and special requests with sensitivity and efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain Nirvana’s reputation for excellence.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all services comply with legal, religious, and cultural requirements.
  • Monitor and uphold the company’s service standards, ethics, and best practices.
  • Oversee documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements for funeral services.

Business & Strategic Development

  • Work closely with management to develop new service offerings and improve existing ones.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and customer retention.
  • Support marketing efforts, corporate partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
