Accounts Assistant ( Accounts Receivable )
Responsibilities :-
- Update daily sales record into the accounts receivable system
- Key-in data entries (bank in slip/ bill / cash sales)
- Checking and verifying sales record file
- Filling and maintaining invoice record
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor
Requirements :-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / SPM
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Prefer have experience in accounting software SQL & Autocount
- Organized and attention to details
- Able to work independently and within deadlines
- Resourceful, fast learner with a positive working attitude
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
