Tasks & responsibilities
- Support the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR and administrative documents, both in physical and digital formats.
- Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and assisting with software installations.
- Assist in maintaining office inventory, including tracking equipment and ensuring sufficient stock levels for office needs.
- Support data entry tasks, document formatting, and file organization to ensure efficient record-keeping processes.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews, preparing interview rooms, and corresponding with candidates.
