About the Job

Looking for a creative and skilled Short-Form Film & Skit Producer to lead the development and execution of compelling, high-retention short-form video content. This role requires a strong storytelling instinct, deep knowledge of short film and drama production, and the ability to craft narratives that keep audiences engaged. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scriptwriting, directing, cinematography, and post-production and a passion for adapting cinematic storytelling for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support content creators in planning and executing short-form skits.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-retention short skits and dramas that captivate audiences.
  • Develop compelling narratives and scripts tailored to social media audiences.
  • Direct and oversee the entire production process, from storyboarding to post-production.
  • Scout, cast, and coordinate actors, influencers (KOLs), and content creators to bring stories to life.
  • Ensure strong character development, pacing, and emotional impact in every production.
  • Manage cinematography, lighting, and shot composition to create visually engaging content.
  • Edit and refine videos to optimize engagement, storytelling flow, and audience retention.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and audience behavior to create binge-worthy content.
  • Balance creativity with platform-specific trends and constraints, ensuring content performs well on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
  • Manage multiple productions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of 10-20 short-form videos per month.
  • Experiment with new content ideas, formats, and production techniques to push creative boundaries.
