About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, administrative support, and timesheet management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain the candidate database and coordinate communications with applicants.
Onboarding & Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization
Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as contracts, policies, and benefits information.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
Timesheet Management:
- Assist in managing and processing employee timesheets.
- Ensure accurate recording of work hours and timely submission for payroll processing.
Employee Engagement & Events:
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Support efforts to enhance internal communications and promote a positive workplace culture.
